Knitting Factory Concert House Reviews:

  • The Knitting Factory has gotten even better since they remodeled. The Customer Service Ambassadors do a great job of checking on guests and making sure everyone is happy. The speed of service at the bar is exceptionally fast and the sound quality is vastly improved. As a lover of live music I highly recommend this venue as the best Boise concert destination!
  • Nice place but upstairs has several layers of floor, so you have to be constant look at floor to make sure you don't miss the step and fall. It would be safer for the guests if they had floor lights on the steps like they have in movie theatres and airlines. Just be aware if you are upstairs.
  • My favorite venue in Boise. In fact I'm a big fan of every knitting factory I've visited. They are large enought to support nearly every type of concert. They are also not too big. The venue feels intimate without feeling crowded. I was able to get amazing service from the staff at the bar even when the bands were in full swing. They seem to have the whole concert experience really dialed in. All things considered the prices on food and drink are quite modest. Thanks for always providing an amazing experience. Source

  • Low-brow, high-fidelity. Love this place. Boise's best source for counter culture and like-minded music.
  • First time there. The service was ok. Could have had another server on the floor. I had a friend in a band playing. Acoustics was pretty good for being a smaller venue. Overall a good experience, would have been better if they served food or had a food truck or something.
  • Funky small club. They get some really cool and different artists and entertainers. Source

Outlaw Field at the Idaho Botanical Garden Reviews:

  • The Gardens light displays were absolutely beautiful. They do a fantastic job using all of the space to create an amazing family friendly place to take in the beauty of the Christmas season. Traffic gets pretty crazy so I highly recommend going earlier than later. They also do a great job of having drinks for both little kids and big kids.
  • Good family fun! I always get my entire family together for our traditional walk through the Winter Garden Aglow. What a treat to find some talented young people spinning fire set to music, with a yuletide theme! That was our favorite part this year. We love the musicians who played carols down below, as well.
  • No matter what season you come it's always beautiful. On this particular occasion it was during the winter and I went to the Winter Garden aglow event. The lights were absolutely impressive and it was just staggering to me the sheer amount of work that must have got into making this event as amazing as it was. I give definite kudos to all the volunteers who were willing to stand out in the cold to make a real difference to the people who came. Thanks! Source

The acoustics are quite good. I love attending shows here.

  • I went and saw king and country here... Amazing experience!! BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR PARKING. BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS OR PAY 20 BUCKS FOR FOOD THAT'S NOT WORTH IT!! The space is crowded so prepare to cozy up to whomever is with you. The restrooms were actually really clean...

  • Fantastic equine event facility. BSU also uses this venue as their indoor track location. Nice track set-up. Small but decent warm-up / cool-down areas. Good training room facilities. Surprisingly good food at reasonable prices. Always clean and well cared for.
  • Decent out door amphitheater. The sun faces the stage so you wont have any issue of sun in your eyes but the artist you're there to see absolutely will. That makes for great lighting in pictures however. Which is something both I imagine are intrested in.
  • Went to see the Canyon County Christmas trees. Beautiful! If you have never been, you need to see this. Plus things to buy. You can eat and drink and sit and watch the performances that they have. Singing, dancing, absolutely gets you in the Spirit of Christmas. Source

  • Great place to spend time with family and friends. Staff are helpful and friendly. Stadium interior is easy to access and traffic flow is generally good for the amount of people that it will hold. Steelheads game night offers food, sodas, adult beverages and souvenirs inside. And many more opportunities for the same close by. My favorite is always a visit to Ha' Penny before the game. Parking is fairly convenient.
    Enjoy!
  • We attended a Steelheads hockey game, gold club tickets gifted to us. The arena staff was friendly and willing in assisting us in navigating our way around to the available food and drinks. A great time was had by all!
  • This is a great arena for the Boise community. We attend as many Steelhead games as we can coordinate with our schedule. If you like hockey, this is a great arena since it is so compact. No seat is a bad seat making it an enjoyable event for all ages. Source
