  5. I purchased tickets and can't find them.
  6. Concerts50.com doesn't sell concert tickets directly. We just collect a list of upcoming concerts in the U.S. and link to ticketing sites such as Ticketmaster.com, Livenation.com, Vividseats.com, and many more.

    You need to check on which site you bought your tickets (it could be Ticketmaster, Livenation, etc.). And on this site (in your account) you can find your tickets. Also, check the spam folder.

    To get a refund on your tickets, you need to go to the website where you bought the tickets. Check the name of the ticket provider on your ticket (in your email). It could be Ticketmaster.com, Livenation.com, Vividseats.com, Stubhub.com, etc. And on that site, in your account, you will be able to request a refund, if available.
