  • I saw Cavetown there, and it was BY FAR so much better than the Sprint Center. The intimacy of the venue made the entire night! It was easy to get near the front, and even though it's mainly all standing, I would pick this place over a larger venue anytime!
  • Always a fun time, great ticket prices. Recommend going in for tickets as you don't have to pay the convenience fee.
  • Most amazing time tonight. I still have the chills. Sound system is awesome in there also. Source

  • The bottleneck is a local favorite! This place is very clean they just got new floors and a new pool table. The bartenders are super nice and it's like almost every night they have live music!!
  • Great music, great beer, great atmosphere. Would recommend anyone to stop by if they are wanting to have a good time for the night. Source

Providence Medical Center Amphitheater Reviews:

  • This is an iconic amphitheater, so much so that my generation still calls it Sandstone. I love the experience, and I've seen a ton of awesome shows here, dating back to the summer of '97 when I moved to KC and saw Aerosmith and Johnny Lang. Since then, I've seen a few dozen shows there and it's always been a blast. At times, I've had so much fun that I don't even remember it! ;-)
  • It really hasn't changed since its early days - I remember going to a lot of shows here circa 1992-95. The name may change every few years, but it will always be the Sandstone to me. We've been to several shows this summer and security and lines have run smoothly. Sound is pretty good. The screens leave a bit to be desired, but it's a decent outdoor venue bringing in a variety of artists.
  • Great venue for concerts outside. There really isnt a bad seat in the house or rather on the lawn. Just make sure to take a blanket and bug spray! It is a fun atmosphere and its great to watch everyone having fun singing laughing and dancing. Very relaxing. The concessions are yummy and the staff has always been nice. Just remember cash for parking as well and it can be very busy! But tickets are normally fairly cheap and it can be fun for the whole family. Source

6. Kansas Star Event Center Arena - Mulvane, KS

Phone: +1 316-719-5000

Kansas Star Event Center Arena Reviews:

  • Was just there for Gladys Knight - great show! Thanks for bringing in these entertainers!! I love that it's a smaller venue! However, the only thing that could be improved is to have a large monitor on either side of the stage so people further back could see the entertainer better! That's my only suggestion!!
  • Love going to the flea market.
  • After attending a handful of events here I have to say it's more flexible than I would have originally thought. It has always been clean and set up well. The staff on hand have been pleasant and helpful and the proximity to the buffet makes grabbing a bite pretty convenient. Source

  • Our Harley group has it's Christmas Party there. They have nice big rooms for private group parties. They serve good food. Except the green beans. Not cooked enough And no seasoning.
  • Love the Prairie Band Casino and it's a nice drive from OKC. Have been visiting the Prairie Band for many years. They treated my mother like she was family and I'll never forget that. The Buffet has great food and very clean. Beautiful rooms beautiful resort and a new hotel tower under construction.. plus new swimming pool.. I can't say enough of how much I like the resort. • It's a really nice venue for a concert. The facility is clean and well maintained. The seats are nice comfortable padded seats and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The acoustics are pretty good as well. The only draw back I. could see was the concession stands could be updated to serve customers faster. I would definitely would definitely go see another concert at the Topeka Performing Arts Center.
  • Chocolate Nutcracker was absolutely fantablous!!! I was really entertained.. Put together very well... Very nice people... Love the Chocolates After show!! Mr. Steve awesome sauce.. Great show awesome job!!!! The only problem I had was it was freezing cold in the building. I watch with my scarf, gloves and coat on entire show.. Clean and nice place.
  • Very retro! We had seats that had said we may have some limited viewing or objects in the way of stage or something to that effect. Anyway, when we arrived, the ushers found us and others better seating, so our seats ended up being great! The ushers were all very kind and helpful. The whole experience was great! Really loved the venue, being an older, real retro locale! Source

Stormont Vail Events Center Reviews:

  • Once a year they have a huge wing thing, beer pong and hot wings in October I think. Love this place.
  • I cant give it 5 stars because a big portion of this place was torn apart and there were construction signs and gates and fencing all over the place. I'm sure the building itself will end up nice, however, the events at this place are WAY overpriced.
  • Was there for the Mother Earth Fair and the place is spacious and easy to navigate. Source
