About Michael Monroe

Michael Monroe, born in Helsinki, is a Finnish hard rock vocalist renowned as Hanoi Rocks' frontman in the '80s. He pursued a successful solo career with hits like "Nights Are so Long" and "Not Fakin’ It." Monroe collaborated with artists such as Steve Stevens and Stiv Bators and appeared on Guns N’ Roses albums. Hanoi Rocks, a glam-punk pioneer, influenced many rock bands.
