About Osees

Osees, led by Rhode Island-born John Dwyer, has evolved his garage-punk project through noisy rock, psychedelic pop, and synth-infused styles. Known for albums like "Mutilator Defeated at Last" and "Protean Threat," Osees' energetic performances feature Dwyer's shouted vocals and wild guitar riffs. Longtime collaborators include Brigid Dawson and Lars Finberg. From German label Tomlab to In the Red, they've continually reinvented their sound, integrating synths into albums like "Intercepted Message." Notable for their collaborative ethos, Dwyer's projects span several genres, constantly pushing musical boundaries.
