About Son Rompe Pera

Born and raised on the outskirts of Mexico City, the Gama brothers lead Son Rompe Pera, blending family-rooted marimba tradition with cumbia and a garage/punk edge. After years in punk, rockabilly and ska bands, they brought marimba back to the forefront.
