E-40, a trailblazer in Bay Area rap from Vallejo, California, gained fame with his flamboyant, slang-rich style. Key albums include "In a Major Way" and "My Ghetto Report Card" with iconic tracks earning gold and platinum status. Known for massive hits like "Snap Yo Fingers" and collaborations with Big Sean, he also founded Mount Westmore with Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and Too $hort.

Next, an R&B trio from Minneapolis, hit fame with '90s singles like "Too Close" & "Wifey." Known for their sultry lyrics and harmonies, they debuted with a multi-platinum album on Arista, later moved to J Records. After a split, they reunited for new music in 2018.

DJ Quik, born in Compton, is a revered rapper/producer known for '90s hits like "Tonite." He launched his career with self-produced album 'Quik Is the Name,' achieving platinum. Collaborated with artists such as Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg; founded his label, Mad Science.
