Lydia Lunch, born Lydia Koch in NY, is a no wave pioneer known for her confrontational style. Starting in Teenage Jesus and the Jerks, she moved onto solo projects and bands like 8 Eyed Spy. Her work includes collaboration with Sonic Youth and Einstürzende Neubauten. Founder of Widowspeak, she's also noted for spoken word and international performances.
