Born in Jamaica, Cedric Myton and Roydel Johnson formed the Congos, known for 1977's "Heart of the Congos" produced by Lee Perry in Kingston. Praised alongside Marley and Spear's top albums, their distinct vocals and Perry's production made it a masterpiece and cult classic in reggae. Now pursuing solo paths, their magic endures.
