The Nightingales

Formed from The Prefects' ashes in 1979, Nightingales, led by Robert Lloyd, achieved cult status and were favorites of John Peel. Known for their eclectic style and critical acclaim in the '80s, they've released multiple albums and toured extensively. Featured in the 2021 documentary "King Rocker".
