First time going here. Last minute Stevie Nicks concert. Ordered nachos with chili and cheese and don’t receive any utensils to eat it with. Ask where to find some and the directions were vague and unhelpful and finally kept walking around looking confused and lost and found a table with plastic ware, napkins etc nowhere near the place we got the food from. Why? The seats are absolutely ridiculous. Lucky for me I’m a smaller framed person but anyone above 160 lbs might find the seats to be a tight squeeze. Then forget about trying to get by if your seat isn’t on the end. Ours were but we kept having to stand up then pretty much move out to the aisle to let others out because of how narrow the ledge is where your seat is. There’s no room at all for anyone to squeeze by and forget standing up to sing or dance because you will fall over. It’s very very steep and unless you lean your legs back onto your seat for balance and support, you are going to fall over. There is also very little lighting to go down the steps and the aisles and seats are not marked well at all. However, Stevie Nicks gets 100 stars. I hope I have this much energy and life when I’m her age. Timeless music and the age range of the concert goers spanned several generations with young and old all singing along.

My friends and I had a great time at the recent Lynyrd Skynyrd / ZZ Tops concert. The lines to get in were not too bad; there were enough personnel and good processes that kept the crowd moving, both entering and leaving. The temperature indoors was perfect. Food and drink were too expensive, as usual. Parking was smooth, but the arena does not have enough capacity. So, we had to pay $20 to park nearby. And the surcharge for buying tickets online was terrible. These last factors caused me to drop the rating a star. I might should have dropped it another star, but none of this was a surprise and we did have a good time.

So this arena holds around 18k people. There is plenty of parking in the area for 20 bucks a spot, kinda steep for parking, but what do ya do. Saw a concert by Stevie Nix. They do install jumbo screens for up-close views and I thought the audio was good. Keep in mind they do not take cash here, so bring a card. 3 stars for traffic control leaving a concert.

Went here for my first concert experience! Stevie Nyx was mesmerizing, I absolutely loved every moment! Beautiful arena, several vendors with a wide variety of refreshments.

Tons of construction right at the exit, but they had workers out direction traffic and got us in/out quick! Good sized venue, good seats all around.
