Imperial Hotel Gold Coast Concerts 2024

We stayed recently at the Imperial Hotel during the school holidays. The hotel is nice if a bit outdated. The rooms are spacious but worn and there are lots of chips and dents in the walls. It is NOT a five star hotel - but it is probably good value for the money on the Gold Coast and certainly a 4 star establishment. The staff were lovely and friendly - very accommodating and attentive. The food at the breakfast/dinner buffet was excellent though I think they overcharge kids for the dinner buffet. Still, the food was better than the other restaurants we tried in the city. We did go at the end of April and so the weather was a bit cool. With that said - the pool is ridiculously cold. I thought I was going to get cold water shock jumping in it with the kids (who I should say were unperturbed). It was reasonably sunny while there but the pool does not heat up at all - it was almost like they were chilling it!! The ocean was far warmer - which at the end of April is saying something. The lack of a heated pool - or at least one that didn't feel like the North Atlantic - was a considerable disappointment. If they could do something about that - and maybe slaps some paint and spackle on the walls - it would certainly improve the experience.

We (family of 11) have thoroughly enjoyed the Easter holiday stay at Imperial. The hotel staff was professional, patient, understanding, providing an exceptional service and promptly addressing our needs. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and restaurant food was fresh and tasty. My favorite food at the pool were club sandwich and Cesar salad. The seafood buffet on weekends had a great variety of seafood and roast lamb and meat dishes. Everyone loved the desert choices. Overall, this was a great stay that exceeded my expectations.

Me and my three daughters shared a Superior Room at this hotel. It was luxurious including a spa bath and 2 very comfortable beds. In the morning we enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet and our waiter Jimmy was just amazing!

From the moment I walked into the hotel it was spotless and the staff was amazing. The room was immaculate and breathtaking with the most beautiful sight of the lagoon and the sound of waterfalls. The bathroom there is no words to describe just wow. The room was spotless and not a finger of dust anywhere. What an amazing mattress and I asked for more blankets and with in seconds it came. Unbelievable buffet and wonderful staff. The pool was spectacular with two parts on either side just for adults and a sand bank with lounge chairs and children to build and play with sand. So many lounge beds which gave every one a lounge chair. The day beds relaxed me all day. The food and beverage bar was fantastic. I can say 10 out of ten and give the emperial in main beach the best holiday resort the top rating. I will will be coming back year after year. Thank you

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The bedroom exuded such warmth and comfort, and I couldn't get enough of the luxurious spa bath – it was like a dream come true. And let's talk about the bed – oh, it was heavenly! The pillows, oh, those pillows! They were like clouds cradling my head, providing the most restful sleep I've had in ages. I'm already planning my next visit, and I must find out where I can get those divine pillows to recreate that blissful experience at home
