Overzealous security. They took mints away from a friend with diabetes. They confiscated items that were not on the list of prohibited items. Not to mention doing this a an extremely rude way. Security is security, but they should also be customer service. They were awful. Too many barriers around the venue making it hard to get around. The average age of the people at this show was probably 40 years old attending a concert from a band that sings sad songs. What was with the cops being outside after? The bands were great. The lighting was great. The venue was garbage and I seriously doubt I will ever visit again.

Great venue! Super easy to navigate and find my way in. Parking was nice due to the parkade right beside the arena and overall super great experience here enjoying a great concert! 9/10 would go again! Get comfier seats and it’d be perfect!

Have seen a few concerts here now and like this venue. With the right sound guy the sound quality is great. Easy to navigate and tons of washrooms.

Great arena! Dressing rooms are top notch and the seating is great! The ice surface is not the best but it's not terrible either. Overall I enjoy coming here and would recommend it!

Went to Skate Canada . Good seats. No outside food or water allowed . The water fountain had hot water. The food concession was all unhealthy food and expensive. We were at a 3 day event and on the final day the security would not let us use an exit that had been open for 2 days. The Skate Canada Program was for sale, but credit card only. So some problems were Skate Canada and other problems could have been the arena.
