Lovely venue to see a great show!! Only downside was the seating was markedly uncomfortable.

Place is the pits. Chairs out of a museum and parking for about 3 car's above ground. Bit more room in the underground car park but that had prominent signs up saying it was going to close at 10 and the typical German parking spaces that aren't big enough for anything. Just loved those buttresses poking out to scrape your rims on. I mean what?! Also only cash transactions for parking and the drinks. Basically if you fancy a jump back in time then go ahead. Thankfully the act was good, they get 5 stars. Oh yeah and the floor was sticky, don't they even clean it?

We arrived 1 hour before the start of the event. Plenty of people were already waiting in the rain. Since there wasn't any lighting outside and no clear queuing barriers, we joined the end of a tangled snake which made an about face when the doors opened. When the doors opened, they checked out our bags with a flashlight and told us the cloakroom was obligatory. No problem, our coats were well wet so taking them off was kind of a relief. What was a problem: the obligatory cloakroom cost 2 euros per jacket. The technical term would be "rip-off". The queuing after the show took an extremely long time too. Then we got to the event hall. There were no assigned seats. The seating consisted of quite narrow dining chairs locked together. The rows weren't even staggered so the view of the stage was limited and not optimal. These are just a few things that can be easily and cheaply corrected with some spots outside, a few crowd control barriers and a better seating plan. I truly hope the event hall reads this review. PS: cash only in 2023?

Never again! Parking underground was hell. It was made for tiny cars. Stood outside very long time in the rain. 1 guy with a torch at the door checking your bags. The hall itself was outdated. Stank in there because of lack of ventilation. Very narrow outdated chairs. Lot of big people had to use 2 chairs. They should tear the place down because it's a disgrace! Foil arms at Hog were great tough. They get 5 stars.

Saw Foil Arms and Hog here, who were excellent, but I recommend to avoid this venue for large shows. One single slow moving queue to get in the single entrance to have bags checks by the single security guard; Cramped seating which had everyone rubbing legs together (COVID is but a distant memory?); Judging by the queue for the toilets at the interval that almost went back into the theater room, there are nowhere near enough women's toilets - even the men's had a queue!; The single exit right next to the cloakroom queue made it feel like a rugby scrum to leave through as no one could move to make a path (especially as a random large table was in amongst the crowd). Probably a great venue for something small, but around 1500 people that were there with me? No, just no. And looking at the other reviews, these are not brand new complaints. A proper venue should not feel this unorganised.
