Soldier Field Parking Lots Concerts

The place was clean, and felt safe. It was a bit on the pricey side, and the stalls were tight, but overall I would recommend. $30 was high, but I felt my car was safe while we enjoyed the Shedd and a walk along the lakefront. I would park here again.

Very poorly marked for pedestrians returning to their vehicles. There's only one pedestrian access for the entire north parking garage, no matter where you parked inside or exited, which happened to be the west side of soldier field for me (at West gate 37, which had plaster falling off walls, no lights, and looked like the set of the next Saw movie). Once I finally got back inside, my phone GPS stopped working, and the walls of the garage provide no useful way of finding your car I could not enter the garage without using a credit card, but all the signage for pedestrians coming back to their cars says you must pay (again?) before you return your car. For $30 on a non special event day, this place should have much better signage. UPDATE: REPLY TO "Response from the Owner"): I don't know how much more specific I could be. I included the gate number, the cardinal directions, and the text from signs. I understand you're the only parking business in operation for that area, but you need to do better.

I had gone to the shed aquarium parked here. Had to go back home because my didn’t make appointment. I scanned my ticket to get out in the lobby. The lobby machine read that I didn’t have to pay at this time because of the amount of time I spent in parking. I go to exit and it asked me to pay. I requested for help young lady had attitude right away and treated me like I was dumb. Couldn’t answer why I the machine upstairs said I didn’t have to pay. Asked me to read time like I didn’t.

My family and I parked here in the morning for the Shedd aquarium and for some reason were charged $30 rather than the expected $25. It was probably worth the $30 but I really don't like getting charged more than expected. We picked this garage because it had free EV charging but, when we arrived, we found that the levels with the chargers were blocked off with cones for no apparent reason
