UNAHOTELS Regina Bari Concerts

I spent an afternoon at the SPA of the facility. I got a 45-minutes relax massage and a relax program including aromatherapy, sauna, steam bath, and a pool. I had a great time. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a convenient location with a complimentary shuttle bus to the local beach, in our opinion more worthy of 3 stars as a posed to the advertised 4 star status as the resort does feel a little tired and the pool slides look to have been out of action for a while. The food was pretty good and the service varied in quality between different members of staff plus the £40 price tag for a late checkout seemed unnecessarily pricey considering the emptiness of the resort

Disappointing. The hotel may look nice on the photos and look nice when you enter there reception. But when you go in your room or in the pool, the disappointment is big. Creepy rooms, the furniture are old (might been from the 70's) and the toilets give on the balcony of your neighbor. Plastic in the pool and a young employee that put rap music at 10 o'clock, I had to tell him 5 times to lower the sound of his horrible music. The spa photos have been taken 5 years ago and don't be fooled, you'll have to pay to use it. This hotel might have been great in the past but they didn't manage to grow with the time. Needs big renovations.

Nice location outside of Bari center with safe place for parking. Overall clean and quiet. Staff is friendly even though most of them don’t speak basic English. Room is decent size but not well maintained- mold in the bathroom, shower was leaking and mattress aged. AC you had to ask reception to manage and wasn’t working from the room. Spa and gym are good enough.

The outdoor pool was closed (first week of June) while this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Food is very good but atmosphere in restaurant so-so, very large space for little guests. We could not eat outside even though there were tables and chairs. Room is okay but not very nice. The courtyard, and generally the outside of the hotel, is very beautiful.
