This is a very nice place. Staff is always willing to help you even if your Japanese y not good. All the paperwork is really fast, if you bring the required documents you only have to spend 10 or 15 minutes to get the things done and that's it. Their system is really efficient and there are a lot of easy to understand signs and steps to follow and help you as citizen. Don't be afraid to come to the City Hall. It is an important and great experience.

Everyone has to go to City Hall get service in Japan when you live in Japan. I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service you provided me. It was pretty crowded but their service was super fast as always. I have visited 3 different places within this building in under 45 minutes.

City Hall is too much of a haunted house. The parking lot also has rickety pavement. Is it fluorescent lighting these days? It's so dark that I thought. The health center also looks like a clubhouse from the Showa era. Everything is old, the notice boards are empty, and there are various things hanging from the top, and there are no earthquake countermeasures. If an unexpected earthquake were to occur, the concrete and ceiling would likely peel off, making it unlikely that it would be able to function in the event of a disaster. Mayor Hirakata, what are you doing...? I feel sorry for the people working... The pension office is far away, and the bureaucratic work is depressing. I would like it to be consolidated. The traffic around the government office is also the worst😰 The photo looks bright due to camera adjustments, but it is actually dark.

It is used for things such as health insurance procedures and moving resident records. It is divided into a main building and an annex. Just ask at reception for the location first. The toilets are also clean and good.
