Kyocera Dome Concerts 2024

Fun listening to the fans chant and see the huge space like dome. Very crowded on a weekday game in the nosebleed section. Should have bought tickets on the opposing team section for a little more space or maybe by 3rd base instead of 1st base.

Personally it is the 4th baseball stadium that I visited in Japan. I enjoyed a NPB game, Orix Buffaloes vs. Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters dated April 12, 2024. As you know well, KYOCERA DOME OSAKA is home of Orix Buffaloes. It is open to the public in 1997 with 36,627 seats. I had purchsed ticket via internet a week ago and I handcarried the printed out QR code in paper. In front of Bs SHOP on the 1st floor, there are several ticket exchange machines. At there, I could change the QR code to a physical ticket. Wow, It does not support English. I used a translation app, as a result, I could print it. It was somewhat difficult like a typical tourist like me. I could not find any food trucks around the stadium. You can have foods inside of it. In front of each entrance gate, the staff will do security check, i.e., bag inspection, and ticket. As soon as I entered the Gate, I realized that I was on the 3rd floor of the stadium. My seat was on the 5th floor, I used a elevator on 3rd floor to 5th floor. It was somewhat difficult to find my seat but a kind staff guided my seat. If you are a fan of baseball, visiting a dome stadium is worth thing. Enjoy.

The game is AAA, level if that, but the experience was fun. The fans are over the top for cheering. The girls that pass out the drink are too funny how they present themselves. Gotta try it just for the experience

If you are a baseball fan this is a must stop! The dome itself architecturally is so cool! The fans have incredible energy throughout the entire game. Staff will help with any questions you may have. Some of the best street foods you would find in Osak can be had at the stadium and for reasonable prices. I had a wonderful time and am now an Orix Buffaloes fan!

Love this place it’s so beautiful and such and amazing experience. Seats are a little tight. Restaurants are good and priced well.
