Beautiful venue, and the staff, nice and helpful people. It's and old place so they will tell you to be careful around some areas, but what an amazing place to enjoy art.

Really nice performance center. You can tell it has history by the old architecture. I went and saw a preformance called A Capricho. It was so so so so funny and just good! It was like old school, slapstick, mime comedy. It stars two guys that do acrobatics and just make the crowd bust out laughing. I didn't realize how much I would enjoy this type of place or performance but I can say that I would return for sure.

It's a beautiful theater. The sits are a bit tight for the heavier folk. The place is historic (aka old). The plays are normally innovative in nature. The place does have valet parking service ($150 MXN) and there a couple of 24hr parking places nearby. You can walk around downtown to find a good place to have a drink.
