IP Casino Resort and Spa Concerts 2024

I have visited the IP many times. The rooms are nice but the AC can be tricky every now and again. Food options are decent wish there was more open late night. I hate that you can't use your comps for the late night place any more. The location is cool and other casinos are nearby. Overall would I stay again certainly!

The resort was terrible this time. The elevators were out of order, do to being service, and the room was dated. Wallpaper is about to start separating. The Bayview Café was awful. We were seated right away, but it took a hour before getting our food. Once the food came it was cold. The manager was very disrespectful and did not give us any options about the food. IP needs to improve their services.

Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. I prefer the Chill Ultra Lounge for their bar and live music. A nice modern relaxing atmosphere to just chill out. I'm not sure why they did away with the buffet, but it's gone now. The restaurants are average, they do have a nice fine dining restaurant "Level 32" with a wonderful view of the bay. Keep in mind that this is a smoking casino. It will smell like 🚬 in the casino.

It was a great location and very beautiful. My husband and I had an amazing time. Everything was great except for the first person we came into contact with in the casino rewards center. She was very rude, but other than that the service was nice. The only thing I would suggest is free play for new members like myself and others. As well as more comps. They did not offer any comps, we stayed for 3 nights and spent quite a bit of money with them and they offered no type of comps. Other than that the trip was amazing.

I don't understand how a casino can have slit machines so close together, other restaurant areas with very close seating areas, but the buffet remains closed. They used to have one of the best buffets in Biloxi, but they're still closed, and I don't understand why. Is it not safe to be inside? 😕
