Section 303 has pretty good seats. Sound is phenomenal, they really make sure the mix just right. Also, lots of options for beverages and restrooms. I’ll definitely be back.

Nice venue but for the price of the tickets we should not be on top of the person sitting next to us in those hard lawn chairs. UPGRADE THE DAMN SEATING TO CUSHIONED PLUSHED SEATS! I had to move the chairs over so my hips wouldn't be touching a stranger sitting beside me. Get better food selections too. The menu was scarce! You had several bars for cocktails tho...

If I could give negative reviews I would give this place a -10. They had hundreds of people standing outside the venue for hours to get to the box office just to tell them their tickets had been sold and the hundreds or even thousands they spent meant nothing. THEN they had the audacity to offer people standing sideline tickets for even more money! They waited until we got to the front just to offer us the chance to spend more money than we already had... totally not a horrible money hungry venue! (Sarcasm). This was for Laufey by the way. Will never go back to this disgusting place. I saw so many people sobbing and heartbroken because of their disgusting, heartless handling of the situation. Please be careful if you go here, I would never recommend it to anyone. :( I attached photos of the people behind us in the line after we had already left. As far as I am aware, the venue had not told them that they did not have their tickets, and they continued to stand outside believing that they were waiting to get scanned in. 713 music hall, you are absolutely disgusting.

We were so impressed by the venue. My husband is terminally ill and getting treatment at MD Anderson. Last minute he saw Blackberry Smoke was in town and we decided to go for it. He was very nervous about going to a concert in his condition in a wheel chair. I bought the 5 front row handicap seats as I didn’t realize I was supposed to do it differently. The venue is so easy to maneuver for a wheel chair. The staff seriously went above and beyond, wish I would have got names. I’m a large woman and they got me a different chair to sit in so I felt comfortable. They let my husband put his feet up on a separate chair. Our family will have a last concert memory with their Dad and my husband we won’t forget. We aren’t from Houston, but my oldest son went to Sam Houston and has a lot of friends in Houston. He has been telling all of them about the venue and he and my youngest son plan to start watching your lineup because they both enjoyed the intimate setting. Thanks again your staff is wonderful!!!

Ticket showed start time at 8pm, showed up at 7:30pm to check out the place and see where everything was since it was our first time there. The comedy show did not start until 8:40pm. The seats were all on the ground floor and they were black foldable chairs-extremely uncomfortable. The chairs were in rows one next to the other and you’re shoulder to shoulder with everyone. That’s not even the worst part! My husband’s seat was right in front of a support beam. The pictures attached are from my point of view, my husband literally stared at that beam the whole time other than when the comedian would walk to the sides. Very disappointed in the unpunctuality and set up of the place. Section was 104 and row was VV seats were 7 and 8.
