Resorts World Arena Reviews

Great gig seeing Eric Clapton. A very sparce stage, and would've liked to see more than just a stage. Eric was on fine form with songs from Cream up to his Blues classics. Amazing backing group, who can definitely play the Blues. Took 1 star off for the stage and mostly how expensive the food and drink are at the arena.

I found this a fantastic place to see bands especially if you have disabilities like me!! Disabled parking really close to entry/exit. Someone else purchased our tickets not thinking about all the steps!! So I went to customer service on entry!! No arguments they sorted us tickets on the flat!! Which turned out to be right at front!! Didn't even ask us to pay anymore!! I was there for 3 old Rock Bands!! And was disappointed that they didn't do any real ales or even any bitters!! And like all these places Drink and Food is quite pricey!! All staff including security were very helpful and friendly!! Would definitely not think twice to going here again!! But come on Resorts World Arena!! Get some proper ales even if it is only bottles of Hob Goblin.

The arena was rocking at full volume for Slash on Saturday night. The venue is very well organised, and comfortable seats were definitely a bonus. As can be said for other similar venues, the price of food and drinks is exorbitant. However, this didn't detract from the great atmosphere and sound.

My husband and I went to The Birmingham Tattoo, which was fabulous time and the venue was great, we booked our car parking space and there was a free bus to transport us to the venue. Our bus driver was very informative and on the way back he hoped we enjoyed the show and to have a safe journey home, we were on the East carpark. All people were checked going into the venue, our bags and we went through metal detecting arches. We had a large soft drink from the bar the cost was £7:40 for two, which I thought was really reasonable. Thank you to all the staff we had a fabulous time.

I get muddled with the change of names, but it doesn't matter. It's the same place in what was always the National Exhibition Complex. Went to see SLASH featuring Miles Kennedy and the Conspirators. The tickets were well priced for this day and age and I would like to thank all concerned for that. So feeling I'd got a bargain I bought an Amplif package. That wasn't a bargain but it wasn't excessively expensive either. In fact bearing in mind the bar prices I believe it possible to drink your money's worth back. The gig was in fact great the support was very good and of course the headliner really did the business. I'd recommend anyone to see the band. In my opinion, Slash is the best guitars I've ever seen, and I've seen all the greats. Only issue I had was the parking. It was included in my package but we had to walk for miles past all the other entrances to reach the Amlify entrance. But a good night was had especially by me as I wasn't driving.
