New Theatre Concerts 2025-2026

What a fabulous little place. It's small compared to other theatres in Cardiff but a cozy venue with fabulous helpful staff. The theatre was clean and easily accessible. Refreshments were expensive but that's expected for a theatre. Can not wait to see what else is on. Loved the option to rent binoculars too.

The panto was great, but I paid for interval drinks and didn't get them. And because I couldn't show them an email - tickets ordered mid November - they refused tobsetve them. This is disgusting as they didn't send confirmation of tickets or drinks. I called them 4 times to get ticket confirmation only the day before regarding the tickets. Please ensure they s rnd you confirmation or be prepared to lose money for their profit. And, the theatre was messy from the previous performance.

Had a lonely time at the new theatre, staff at the box office are kind, friendly and welcoming.Lovely refreshments , snacks, drinks and ice cream in the same building.The environment is relaxing and calm.I am already looking to see which show yo book next, I had a good laugh, needed it.Good value for money.Wheelchair friendly.

Quite a strange experience today. Had to collect tickets from the box office and was just handed a scrap of paper with the seat numbers on. The theatre is always very clean, depending on where you are seated, there's little leg room in a lot of rows but some rows are more generous. The staff are friendly enough. There's not enough toilets for the amount of customers they cater for and it takes forever to order a drink from the bar as there's never enough staff

Went to see Unfortunate was sat 4th row from the stage and it was a great view, seats pretty comfy. Despite the hot summer day it was cool inside. Massive queues at the interval but the bar staff were quick and friendly and we were served quickly. Good venue
