Came here to see Roy Woods Really nice venue. Clean throughout and well staffed. Pretty spacious considering how busy it was in there. Nice selection of drinks (reasonable prices). Would recommend this spot for future gigs to attend.

Love to try new venues & I'd heard good things about this place and it didn't disappoint. We came on a Thursday for an album launch event so I assume it would be busier on a weekend but overall entering the venue was smooth. You go down lots of flights of stairs, it feels like you're in an art gallery or museum! There were lots of toilets which were really nice and clean located on 2 floors. The balcony area was nice, with raised platforms and lots of space to put drinks. Downstairs was a little more crowded making it hard to get around the bar and avoid the sound desk, but still not too overcrowded. The graphics and lighting were great, really mimics the upstairs. Drinks all came in a strange cup with a handle ( I assume it makes it easier to stack?) Expensive as expected (£7.50 for a single). Sound system was fine, nothing to write home about, not sure if there was a smoking area but if it was all the way up the stairs I wouldn't have bothered anyways!

Priscilla the Party! At this venue. It felt as though we were walking into a night club. The show was OK. Would I be a repeat visitor? Probably not. The lead drag artist who was also like a narrator was brilliant. The costumes were fabulous. The lack of cultural diversity within the cast was a HUGE disappointment. 😳 The food on offer, was DREADFUL... basic yet awful. We even spoke to Tommy the head chef and he mentioned there were ongoing issues with the food. Luke warm vegan and beef sliders which we had to return AND it wasn't cheap either. The Chinese lady STOLE THE SHOW! absolutely best character in the show. And one of the divas singing an operatic Aria. Apart from that, pretty average. Mamma Mia the Party is much more Slick and entertaining plus the food there is First class.

As always, it's difficult to review a theatre/venue without reviewing the show you saw there. We saw Priscilla Party here and it was exceptional! The costumes and audience interaction was incredible! The show was so much fun! I've given the venue 4 stars because before and during the show they were great, but at the end of the show, the cast says to stay and dance and party, and the venue shuts the bar as soon as the show ends, which is disappointing.

Pros: quite large, not sure on capacity. Large screen on back of stage is incredible. Sound quality was decent. Toilets are modern and clean. Cloak room on mezzanine level was efficient but a bit pricey - £8 for two jackets. Cons: drinks are super expensive. It's a central London venue so anticipate to be expensive but wasn't expecting to spend £2.50 on a can of water. A lot of venues have stopped charging for tap water and have a self service or just give it away for free so that was disappointing. No seating area anywhere which was fine for me but maybe not for everyone.
