Swansea Arena Concerts 2025

I had a fantastic experience at Swansea Arena last night & wanted to make some positive comments as I was so impressed. I drove up from Devon to see OMD and from my arrival to leaving after the concert was such a positive experience. Having the multi story car park next to the venue is really handy and despite the weather, I managed to almost arrive without getting wet. The venue is very impressive from the outside and certainly this is mirrored inside, it's a great looking venue. Your staff are without doubt, the friendliest and most professional I have ever encountered and I travel far and wide to see the bands I like. As a first time visitor to the arena I needed to ask a few questions about the facilities and every member of staff I approached was welcoming, engaging, professional and super friendly. They are a credit to the business and I hope they are appreciated. The seating was comfortable and I particularly noted the provision of spaces for disabled guests next to seating for carers. I also liked that the balcony seating was angled towards the stage area. Plenty of toilet facilities, bars, good selection of food. Everything was wonderful and I'm glad the made the 3 hour drive to see OMD at your venue. I can't rate Swansea Arena highly enough and I came away after experiencing a great concert in a wonderful venue, staffed with people who love their jobs & are very good at what they do. Well done

Had our first visit yesterday for Six The Musical - what a truly stunning building! Couldn't stop taking photos inside and out! All the staff I interacted with were so nice and although there was the typical queue for the ladies toilets (sure this was largely due to the audience being 80% women for this event) it was fast moving! Can't wait to come back for more!

Amazing show (rock orchestra by candle light) such talented musicians put a first class show together. We had an issue with some drunken people behind us talking loudly all through the 1st half. We asked if we could be moved and the team manager (Julia I think) was amazing and couldn't do enough to help. She really turned around our evening. Great to see such a customer focus manager leading from the front. Overall ended up being an awesome night.

This is a fantastic theatre in the heart of Swansea. Beautiful modern architecture and much bigger inside than you'd think. Top-spec facilities to suit any occasion.

It was my first time visiting the Arena and it was fantastic. Very nice look on the inside, seats were very comfy and more spacious than other venues I've been to in the past. My only complaint would be the price of the drinks, although it wasn't too bad (£6 a pint).
