Isleta Resort & Casino Concerts 2025

Nice pool. Had a handful of places to choose from for dinner, but only one place to sit and order from a table. The rest were fast food options in a cafeteria line(s). We wanted to sit down and order food and drinks. We went to Embers upstairs. Quoted 45 minutes without a reservation. The wait only took about 15 minutes. The food was decent and a pretty decent price for a casino. Entrees and appetizers were good. We had calamari and prime rib. The sides left a lot to be desired, but we got full quickly, so we didn't finish them. The mashed potato I'm told wasn't good. I had the backed potato and veggies. The baled potato tasted overcooked and or old. The veggies were decent. Our room was the worst part about our stay. We got back from dinner at about 930pm, and the room was suddenly super toasty. It was a decent temp when we left for dinner at about 8. So we adjusted the thermostat and laid down. It was set at 75. I figured it would take a bit to cool down, so we tried to get comfortable. We woke up several times trying to get it to cool down. Turned the fan to on instead of auto. It best it cooled down to 72. Our 4 year old was out, so we didn't want to call maintenance in for fear he would wake up and not go back to sleep. We had to get up early for his class trip.

It was about 6 in the morning and I woke up to a worker sleeping right next to me in my bed. I was bewildered. I didn't know what to do. I put up with this for about 30 minutes until he tried spooning me. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I told him if he left now I would not tell anyone. He left and I thought that was the end of it. BUT NO! He was back that night. He used his key from the main office to come into my room while I was eating dinner. He decided to just help himself to MY food. This got me irritated. He not only just had 1 bite but he finished my food. 146 TOTAL BITES (yes I counted). He would not leave so I called the front but the worker did not believe me that there was someone in my room. I then had to put up with this guys nonsense for the next 14 hours. He would not leave me alone. I was supposed to be here for a week. I left after 2 days. I would like actions to be taken. Overall not fun or comfy. derp :(

Nice setup and displays of local artworks are appealing, drawing you into a variety of little boutiques. The spa is quaint and peaceful, and the different cuisines offered will please everyone you have in your party. Overall, I would say 4.8, as the main restaurants are not open as late as the food court and the casino is hard to leave a winner.

If you're looking for a Resort don't let the name fool you. Booked a 3 night stay for our honeymoon after reviewing all their amenities sounded like we would be occupied with something the whole time we were there. Checked in and wanted to put some valuables in the safe which wasn't working. They sent someone up to look at it and determined they couldn't fix it and that front desk would move us to another room. Front desk called and said they were booked so they gave us a $30 food credit instead. OK no biggie. Went down to explore and realized all the nice restaurants close at 2pm or don't open until 6 or are closed half the week so our first dinner was at panda express in their food court which was less than appealing, food was not fresh and staff unfriendly, when asked if they would be making more beef and broccoli we were told it would be awhile. My husband ordered a lemonade and were told they were out. Went to the Pool which is well kept but no music playing and not able to have a drink out there while relaxing. Took a shower and almost drowned, shower head sprayed everywhere and was unable to move it so you were stuck with water spraying in your face the whole time. Went back down to check out the Triple Seven Sallon to see if the atmosphere would be some music and more upbeat, closed, only open thursday thru saturday. Disappointing. Asked about their FUN center with bowling and arcades that is advertised on their website and they said it's been closed since COVID started. 🤬 Asked if we could buy a deck of cards or dice somewhere so we could play some games in our room and no they don't sell those. So after 30 minutes in the Casino and $100 down we retreated to our room to watch TV and enjoy the night in other ways. Decided we would order room service for breakfast available from 6 to 9am the next morning and go to another Casino in ruidoso. Woke up and tried to order room service got automated message 3 times saying they were serving other guests please try back. LOL nope. Will never stay here again. The rooms were clean but old, we did have a balcony but it overlooked the roof of the indoor pool. Front desk staff were friendly as well as spa staff and valet. Did not get to utilize the spa as we checked out early so can't comment on their services. They really need to update their website as I feel it is just false advertising at this point. If you're just traveling thru for one night it's adequate but wouldn't recommend for any special occasion or long stay.

We stayed here with our two young children and enjoyed it. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! We liked that it was a little outside of Albuquerque. The parking lot felt safe as there were a few security officers driving around. Great value and beautiful resort. We will 100% stay here next time we come through Albuquerque.
