Harrah's Resort Atlantic City Concerts 2024

O baby! I love loved loved this hotel! First off the front desk upgraded our room. I don’t know what room we had first but it don’t even matter cause this new room was lit. When you walk in you enter a small hallway and enter dining g room. On the other side the living room with one bedroom. The views were amazing. Nice big windows to see everything. The bathroom was a luxurious oasis! Shower head was best part 😝 They family pool wasn’t open so I felt bad ma son couldn’t go I. With me. They did have an arcade that he loved. The grounds had a path to walk on by the water which was nice and relaxing. The staff I encountered were nice and friendly and willing to help with inquiries. Overall I loved this spot. Definitely gave Vegas vibes and I could get with that!

Harrahs resort Atlantic City needs to do better , Manager and the maintenance man both had very rude attitudes like they were the one paying for my trip . I asked for a room change and nothing was done besides a $50 food credit. If you want customers to keep coming back treat them better . I do not know if I will ever return because based on this experience, I should go where I am treated better , called public relations and they couldn’t really do much besides offer me an apology like 3 times . I would really like to know what is discussed in monthly meetings because their customer service is very bad!!!

Great location, close to everything but away from it all. New tower rooms are great add. Need to improve the quality of amenities, towels were subpar compared to the room. There is so much money spent and no microwave to heat up leftovers. Pool should be an included add to the hotel guest and lower or free admission to Pool after Dark would be a plus. Good but can be better with a few added guest amenities.

We booked a quick trip during off-season on a week day. Rooms were cheap and decently clean, as was the rest of the resort. They took a $150 card deposit upon check in; the resort fee and things we charged to the room were deducted, and the rest was returned to us at check out. Parking was $10 and had in-and-out privileges via our room key. We spent some time at the pool, which was $20 for two people. It was wonderful, and the pool bar had some awesome (but pricey) drinks! We weren’t so lucky at the casino, but still had a great time. We ate outside the resort, so can’t comment on the food. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This trip was definitely worth it and there was no hidden fees, as everything we were charged for was clearly labeled online. The only downside is the distance from the beach compared to other resorts like Tropicana. We will definitely be back soon!

Place was nice. Staff was really accommodating & nice, shout out to Fatima get her a raise asap. The room was nice we had the bay view and for the price I would say it was worth it. My family enjoyed the inside mall type of style hotel and the hotel was lively and filled with life. I believe all the bad review are just some unlucky few but I would say it’s worth and really nice.
