The Riviera Theatre Concerts 2025

It's a beautiful venue! They're still doing renovations. The restrooms are all new and very nice. A lot of stalls and sinks in the ladies room. Only 2 hand dryers! Huh?! The employees were all very nice and helpful. The sound for the bands was fantastic. The lights were annoying. There were too many bright lights that would shine back in the faces of the crowd. I can't see the band if you blind me!

I enjoy coming here to see concerts. I prefer an assigned seat in the balcony. I like how they redid the women's bathroom. There are drink stations on all levels and a server will bring drinks to your seat during the shows.

Newly remodeled LARGE bathrooms. Huge balcony with NICE padded seats. GREAT sound in the balcony!! 1st 3 rows of balcony were reserved seats, but the rest was GA. Balcony feels close to stage. Stage lights were sometimes blinding in the balcony. Main floor is open concrete. Barricade up front is one of the closest to the stage I've seen. Maybe only 2.5ft from the stage! About 50ft back is the 2nd section of the main floor. It is raised ~2.5ft higher and has a railing at the front of it. The balcony is directly over this 2nd section. (i.e. the FRONT of the balcony is only about 50ft from the stage as well) Plenty of bars scattered around (maybe 5?). Every staff member I interacted with was very nice (not usually the case at a concert venue). Did not feel like a dirty old concert club at all! Great place to see General Admission shows!

Great concert venue. Took my daughter to see Eric Nam on Oct 21, 2023. First time concert at the Riv and was not disappointed. Historic building, intimate setting and great music. Felt like we were within arm length of the stage. Great show too!

Great old venue! Way smaller than United Center or Allstate Arena so you're closer to the stage because of that ! Had an amazing time at Blue October Concert!!!
