Center for the Arts Concerts 2024-2025

Who couldn’t like going to University if they went to George Mason. It ticks more than all the boxes!!! So many opportunities. I could of sit there for hours listening to the beautiful music that these amazingly talented people were playing 👏🏼

Watching the amazing modern dance gala at George Mason University was like being introduced to dance for the first time. These young dancers were more expressive, more disciplined and athletic, than any troupe I've seen. It was all connected: costumes, lighting, and scenery, music and movement. All reflecting the logic on every part of the program. They have the advantage of working in a topflight space and staff that steered us the right way from entering the garage and presenting our tickets to the thrilling performance with ease of exit for our return home. It was a fabulous experience.

Renee Fleming was great. However, I was not able to enjoy her performance in the way I would have liked. The elderly couple sitting next to us kept taking out their cell phones and making noise putting away their binoculars and unzipping and zipping a purse. The couple behind us would not stop talking and whispering. There's nothing worse than ignorant people with money. I am disappointed!

Always a great experience. Well staffed and managed. Allow extra time to park and walk. Parking is guided and it is a nice wooded walk by a lake. You aren't allowed to bring coffee or tea to the seats. They sell it there so keep that in mind.
