First time at this venue that I’ve heard so much about. It’s an institution in Flagstaff. Saw Mia X Ali the electric violinist and bagpiper duo and the experience was great. Choose a VIP meet and greet and was in the place early before everyone else. Well organized and had a great experience. The concert itself was wonderful with the place being about half full. One bar open, but no major wait. Grabbed some food before the show and it was not bad. Crowd was great, music was great, drinks and food were OK. Great overall time. Will look to more events there. 👍👍

We had such a blast. The locals are welcoming and the staff at the Orpheum was so friendly! Plenty of fun bars on the way back to Bespoke.

Drove up from Gilbert to see the Band of Heathens, which was a great show! The Orpheum Theatre was a beautiful theatre with a fun atmosphere. Will definitely return fornother shows

Very disappointed. Two concerts in a week. One to see Los Lonely Boys and next J Boog. The loud base and accustics sucked. Need more feedback and sound adjustments for such a small venue. Could feel my throat vibrating. Couldn't hear their voices for the noise. Think I will avoid the Orpheum for concerts if this is the norm. We had to leave early for the J Boog concert which didn't start until 9 pm. Wasn't worth staying. My ears rang after the concert.

Just left the Gregory Alan Isakov show. We got there early and were able to grab the exact seats we wanted - front row and centered up on the balcony. The view was great and the seats were comfortable. I've seen this artist perform at various other venues, and dang if the sound just was a bit off. I made some small talk with a few people around me, and they all agreed that it just wasn't right. But that's not the problem here. Why the 1 star? It rests wholly and fully on the bar staff. The 3 or 4 people working the right-side bar were so incredibly loud that it was terribly distracting from the music. I watched all of them at various times just encourage and carry on overly loud conversations with each other and with various guests. I was in the balcony and could clearly hear their conversation over the amplified music. I watched several guests who were sitting at the tables nearby turn their heads and actually "Shush" the bar staff because they were being rude and distracting. It was honestly pretty disrespectful to the performers, and the paying guests who were there to enjoy the music. I really don't think I would be excited about going to another show at The Orpheum. It was such a bummer experience.
