XL Center Concerts 2025

If it wasn’t for the steep stairways that older people seemed to have much difficulties negotiating… it would get 5 stars! Great venue for a show or some hockey! The food and drink choices were better than in the past and at a reasonable cost level.. sort of..

It's always a great time when we go to any event here. The prices for their food are not too bad. However I would suggest to eat before you go. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Be very careful going down the stairs as well. I've seen so many mishaps.

I miss seeing the Whalers here, but the Wolf Pack games are fun and affordable. Concessions are a bit expensive, but it is to be expected. Then again, the $2 hot dogs and beers on Friday nights is a good deal. We went to see the Wolfpack tonight. It was unique as we watched from ice level and behind the net. Talk about up close and personal… I've seen some epic concerts here over the years... Motocross shows are cool too. Good times

The positives is that is in downtown so you can walk from many parts of the city, and if you are driving, there are some parking lotes near by. The seats are very comfortable with just enough space between rows. I went to the section 225 and I liked the view. The cons, I think is a little old and the design is weird, with narrow stairs and hallways. I'm not sure if the upper levels have good views. There are two entrances but not very convenient. I mean, you have to walk around half of the arena to find the entrance. Anyway, I enjoyed my experience there.

Ya know, this place is pretty good. It’s a solid venue with fair food and beverage options and good value for the performance. If I was rating this on staff alone, it would be one star because the staff DO NOT care about the fan experience but thankfully you don’t have many interactions with them.
