Rooms are very nice n clean. Service and staff are friendly n polite. Getting there was a bit long since we drove from the bay area. All the restaurants we ate at were good, even the buffet. The pool service were amazing!!! Gambling on the other hand was not so fun... :( . Did see a lot of others hitting big jackpots... But just not me:(. Will definitely be back soon, NEED to get back my $ with interest and enjoy the sun n spa!

Service was great. The odds of winning have diminished almost to cero. Slot machines are just devouring your money. I used to love the excitement of several people winning around any area. Now you can spend hours trying and will not hear or see any sign of winning. The redemption machines dare to ask if you will like to donate the change? What? None of the machines will redeem a game if you’re missing one cent.

The property is was very beautiful. There is a weird lack of poker machines. We walked all over and there were a ton of slot machines but hardly any video poker. The video poker was mostly located on the bars which were closed during school hours because they don't serve alcohol. The cafe was okay but it took a long time to get service and the service was mediocre. Pancakes were dry and the biscuits and gravy were drastically under seasoned. It was basically just a white cream sauce on top of dry biscuits. The breakfast sandwich was very delicious. I liked the whole combination on that. The iced tea was old and when I mentioned it to the server she got irritated and disappeared for about 20 minutes. I really wanted to like this place coming from Vegas, but it was a bit of a disappointment. The room price is were outrageous sitting at around $700 per night.

You have to try this resort casino. No smoking, no one under 21, and the best client customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I’m not sure where they get all of their lovely staff. The Pines Steak house , rock and brews restaurant and radiance Café have great management and staff as well. Three of my favorites. Local adult style fun at its finest.

Wish I would have taken pictures of this casino because you cannot truly appreciate how much effort they put into trying to transform their location into the feeling you had just walked into one of the classier vegas casinos on the strip. It is grand, luxurious, and exciting but still you are in Highland and it's not safe to break down on the side of the road at night. That's just a fact! But it is beautiful once you get inside!
