Beautiful venue and friendly staff. The bathroom ceiling is really cool! Attended a Candlelight concert and it was FANTASTIC.
I came here for a candlelight show. The performance itself was great. The venue is great. The candle/floral arrangements were slightly underwhelming in comparison to what they advertise but still very cool. The worst part was when I got my tickets I paid for a snapshot photo with the candles and flowers in the backround. I thought it would be a cool date night photo my girlfriend would enjoy. I was under the impression there would be someone professional taking photos of us and the candle/flower arrangement when we got there. Instead when we got inside the venue and down to the stage there was a man that gave mumbled directions for seating and then pointed to a woman standing with a phone on a tripod when I mentioned the snapshot photo and she was either on drugs or mentally in another dimension because we stood in front of this lady for several minutes waiting for her to say or do something and she just asked “Photo?” I told her yes and then she just took a photo of us with her phone where we had been standing the whole time. Two of the worst photos I’ve ever had taken. Angle was horrible. Her timing was horrible. Her directions were horrible. Everything about her was horrible. She then said she would find us after the show to give us the photo and never did. Even if she had found us or we found her I wouldn’t want that photo if you paid me to take it. It was one of the most bizarre interactions I’ve had in my life. She just stood there like she had no idea what was going on.

From the moment you walk in you are surrounded by magical light. The music was perfect for a Valentine’s night! The musicians are amazing and we loved the commentary for each piece played. We were swept away by the whole experience and couldn’t stop talking about it!

I went to the showing of “The Song Poet.” It is a beautiful venue with one private restroom on the lower floor (where the stage is) and about 6 stalls on the ground level where you enter the building. There is an elevator as well as stairs to get to the seating. Zach was so helpful— he overheard me and my partner trying to get seats together because there were no seats next to each other when I had purchased them for this nearly sold out show. He told me he would try to help and when he came back, he got us two tickets right next to each other!! He was so helpful and I’m so thankful because it was truly a show that was meant to be enjoyed with others. Lovely show, it’s an intimate venue, and so grateful for Zach!!! Thank you!
