Palladium Times Square Concerts 2024-2025

This venue was pretty sweet! I frequent shows regularly and been to many venues across many states, this one didn’t disappoint. When you enter the building, you go down an escalator so you are essentially partying under time square. It had 3 tiers: floor standing only, middle level elevated standing only (pic), and an upper mezzanine with seats. Nice bathrooms with many stalls. 3 coat checks. Plenty of bars and bar tenders. Friendly staff. Nothing I can complain about. Pro tip: get your coat before the show ends that line gets crazy.

This is a pretty small venue. Pretty, in this case, would mean beautiful. I truly like the atmosphere and the location of this theater. What I would not recommend is buying floor seats. They are way too small, and you are literally touching the person next to you. That's uncomfortable. The restrooms were extremely clean as well as the entire venue. The personnel were courteous and professional. The sound was excellent. This is a little jewel hidden in Times Square. I strongly 💪 recommend it 👌!

Went for DragonForce in November. Pretty good, overall sound was good mid/back but the drinks were beyond pricey. Service was great, both bartenders very friendly. Came for Through the Fire and The Flames, left with a hefty credit card charge. New York, I guess.

Great venue for a show - recommend getting there earlier than the time Ticketmaster tells you - it's a long line, especially in the colder months. The snacks/drinks options here are 'okay'. A can of water is $6, a slice of Pizza (that they bring in in boxes from some pizza shop outside the venue and then place into pizza displays..) is $6 as well. You get what you expect here. Actual venue is good though!

Went to see Craig David, awesome artist, sound was awesome, ease of getting into the venue and getting to seats was great. However, I purchased a seat because I injured my knee and also was not interested in standing for hours. Once the show started the seated section near me became mayhem. The group behind me was dancing so wildly I got hit in the head, them some of the group climbed over seats and stood at the front of the section directly in front of my seats and those in the first row obstructing our perfect before view. They were asked to move and did not. This venue needs better control of patrons so that those who purchased pricey seated tickets and want to see and be comfortable can do so. Very dissappointed in the experience because of this
