Nice intimate venue that has probably the best parking I have seen since there are two parking garages bookending the venue. Drink prices weren't bad at all and there was plenty of personnel there to get you in the right direction. It was pouring raining when the concert let out so having the parking deck that close was clutch. This is a smaller venue so even the people in the farthest seats had a great view of everything and still felt close. The sound system was good so we could understand every word over the music which is not common nowadays. Depending on which way you leave there is a little timing needed to get back in the main road due to the lights and heavier traffic but overall I would get tickets for a concert here again in a heartbeat. Photos are from the Anthony Hamilton concert on 4/11. I was in section 101 row L for reference on the view.

It is your typical sports arena for hockey, NBA, concerts, etc. For this visit, the wife and I went to go see the Capitals play the Nashville Predators. We sat in higher rows that had a good view of the rink. The security and staff were friendly during our time there. The ONLY reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is the price of beer. You're paying twice the price of a 20-oz. than you would pay at a local convenience store.

With as many people that were at the event, the staff did an excellent job helping people get where they needed to go. Staff were polite and helpful. The place was clean, even the lavatory.

I actually enjoyed this venue. Usually heavy metal bands I’m aware of don’t play at this particular place, they usually play at the Norva. The only thing to be aware of is parking, that was a headache, that’s only reason I’ve giving it 4 stars.

Have gone to both a graduation and a show here and it is a very nice facility. Staff have always seemed friendly. The only reason why not 5 stars is that both time even with the lower area empty... we were required to climb up to the top level to exit. Thus making the stairs a hassle. At some point you think they would allow people in the middle to go down instead of up. Overall I do enjoy this venue and would recommend for concerts and shows.
