Bag Policy: Our arena has a Clear Bag Policy. Only clear, uncolored plastic tote-bags will be permitted into the facility. Or guests may carry one opaque clutch-sized purse or wallet, not exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long. Bags that do not meet these guidelines must be discarded or returned to a vehicle. CHI Health Center staff members are not permitted to hold or store bags on the premises. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility, but may vary on an event by event basis. Please contact Box Office for more information. Outside food or beverage is not allowed. CHI Health Center Omaha is a smoke free facility. Patrons may be subject to security checks.

Customer must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number. Customer must sign for tickets. Tickets will only be given to cardholder, no alternate persons picking up tickets will be allowed.
