Photo City Music Hall Concerts 2024

Excellent venue to catch all your local acts. Plenty of room in front of the stage, offering a multi-tier viewing area. Large bar area for ease of getting beverages. As for bands, some of the best in ROC play here, and they are well taken care of with a separate room behind stage to get ready for their show. Digital light display is second to none. Enjoyed myself for most of the night. But when I started having a conversation with one of the staff, the owner intervened. After a moment of confusion, the staff member I was conversing with came back and told me that the owner wanted me gone. I was extremely disappointed that I was going to miss the band that I had payed to see, but I complied regardless because I didn't want to ruin anyone else's night. When I asked what the problem was no explanation was given just that the owner didn't want me there. When I had left I made a call and the owner came out, saw me, and walked back into the building severely weirding me out. I had thought the the Photo City Music Hall was an awesome place to jam to some great artists, I've come to several races and shows. I've never been kicked out of a venue, bar, store, anything in my life because I'm more of a peace maker so for this to have happened so randomly and unwarranted was shocking to say the least. I had great interactions with the staff, they were all very welcoming, but the owner definitely was not, at least not this night.

Great place to watch live shows! The whole staff except for the door guy on Saturday were super friendly. Bathrooms are super clean 👌

Photo city has been disappointing me. They keep posting events that on the tickets say they go until 2am. As soon as it hits midnight, they start kicking people out. Don’t advertise an event to go until 2am and give no warning and then kick people out early. At the Taylor Swift night many people didn’t show up until 11 because the event was advertised until 2am. This has happened to us twice now. I brought my concerns up to an employee and they said that the bosses keep making them shut down early. Stop charging people for events to take their money and shut down early! Advertise honestly or just shut down. This place is super dead half the time anyways.

Bar staff is amazing (5*), space is gorgeous! 3/5 stars overall = Ladies room is tucked for away and proved difficult to get to at times due to the awesome crowd that showed up for the Budos Band last weekend. The laser light show was cool and then on an unrecognizable cue it went bonkers; frantic enough that we wondered if the cops had shown up and also, why so crazy with the lights? The music is fairly stimulating and smooth, if ya light it up, match it up ; )
