Rio Theatre Concerts 2024

What a great venue, with vintage film equipment on display in the lobby. Nice lighting and sound systems for the speaking engagement that we attended. Parking is on the street, but was easy to find and the bathrooms were clean. Easy to reach from the highway. Will definitely look for other opportunities to go there in the future.

Always a great place to see bands play -- not really a bad seat in the house until everyone stands up in front of you (you'll have to too). And there's beer, but get yours early as they tend to run out and you can be left drinking watermelon vodkas from hell.

Watched the Fab Four last Friday. Going here reminded me of how underrated smaller venues like this one are. You get to see the artists from a reasonable distance even if you only managed to get the cheaper seats. I wish the bathroom situation was better but it's not a deal breaker. I would definitely come back if there's another artist I'm interested in.

Cool place to see live music. Great Santa Cruz beach vibe. Parking not too tough. Funky little bar inside to get canned or premade drinks.

Caught a movie and a show here featuring the Residents. The price was very reasonable. I have driven by this place for years and never been too. I was happy to see theater style seating. They had a wonderful poster at the front of the house for sale. They are numbered and I want to see who's art this is. Great design work and color
