Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill Concerts

I have been coming to Ferg’s since I was young and they always had really good food and really good service, even after the pandemic. But today was by far the biggest disappointment I have had in a very long time. The first red flag for me was doing away with their regular menu and making a shorter menu that you had to access via an app. The app was extremely broken and had a lot of issues. A waitress finally acknowledged us and brought out the menus after sitting for 20 minutes. We went ahead and ordered through the app, I had the chicken wings that were supposed to be hot (buffalo) and my significant other ordered the Cuban. The food did arrive after about 30 minutes but we wanted to order beers and water. The waitress never came back and I asked another waitress for two cups of water. Eventually, the food runner brought out our food and I had two out of the ten wings and both were red inside (see attached photo). I never got to speak to the waitress and let her know because she never showed back up! I was extremely upset about not only the food being undercooked but ZERO hospitality. Most of the waitresses were standing around talking including three or four other staff members goofing off. We paid for the food through the app and left. After that experience, I will never come back to Ferg’s for food or any type of service. It’s a shame because Ferg’s had amazing food but has really gone downhill.

I ordered a Turkey club wrap. It was essentially a huge spinach wrap with a small amount of shaved processed cold cut turkey, some tomatoes, and very little of anything else. It was 70% wrap. The taco bowl was okay. Attached a pic of the ends of the wrap. I would say the food is cheap and that's what you get. The server was very good. The place is your typical sports bar. I would not go if i was looking to dine. If i wanted a drink after a Rays game, it would be a good place to go. I won't be back because i came to catch a bite to eat before the game. Food was no better than the ball park.

Huge place w/ tons of different seating options. Definitely family friendly for food before a Ray's game if you don't mind big crowds. Ordering food/drinks using the QR code on the table was surprisingly simple & service was very quick.

Very busy, but overall good service. We were there before a ballgame for quick bite. The one Cuban sandwich came out cold but we didn't have time to send it back, still tasted good though. Considering the pregame crowd, it was a good experience. We would definitely go back again.

Simple food who cares! Atmosphere is awesome! Service has been great! Brittany and Olivia at the front bar are great! Here before I go see the Yankees beat the Ray's, definitely the go to before the game. Go here and enjoy a great vibe and hang with these beautiful ladies, you will not regret!!
