Davut Altundal, known professionally as AK Ausserkontrolle, is a German rapper of Kurdish descent from Berlin. He built his career in the country's street-rap and gangsta-rap scene as a masked member of the Berlin hip-hop crew Ausserkontrolle before establishing himself as a solo artist. He first gained widespread recognition as the main rapper in the crew, whose 2016 debut album Panzaknacka entered the top 10 in Germany. Known for his aggressive sound and for wearing a bandana to conceal his identity, he has since achieved major commercial success with multiple top ten releases under his independent label, XY Records.
