Al McKay, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, is a Grammy-winning American guitarist, songwriter, and producer. A former member of Earth, Wind & Fire, he co-wrote iconic hits like "September" and "Best of My Love." Inducted into both the Rock and Roll and Songwriters Halls of Fame, McKay is celebrated for his energetic funk, jazz, R&B, and soul style. He leads the Al McKay All Stars, performing the Earth, Wind & Fire Experience.
