Jazz drummer Bill Stewart, best known for his work with John Scofield, debuted as a leader with 1995's Snide Remarks. After studying at William Patterson College, he played with Scott Kreitzer and Maceo Parker before spending five years in Scofield's band. He also released Telepathy in 1997.
