Cigar is a punk band formed in Eugene, Oregon in 1996 by Big Jon, Jason and Rami. Known for fast-paced, abrasive three-chord songs with improvisation and complex structure, they relocated to San Diego in 1998 and released debut album Speed is Relative (1999).
