CLC (an acronym for CrystaL Clear) is a South Korean girl group formed by Cube Entertainment. Originally debuting as a five-member lineup consisting of Seunghee, Yujin, Seungyeon, Sorn, and Yeeun, the group made their official debut on March 19, 2015, with the release of their first EP First Love and its title track "Pepe." They later expanded into a seven-member group with the addition of Elkie and Eunbin in 2016, exploring a versatile musical spectrum that blended dance-pop, trap, synth-pop, and R&B across notable releases such as Crystyle, Black Dress, and Helicopter. After a period of individual pursuits and member departures, Cube Entertainment announced that the group's official activities had concluded in May 2022.
