Australian bassist Colin Edwin, born in Melbourne, is celebrated for his jazz-infused fretless bass work, notably with progressive rock band Porcupine Tree (1993-2011). His versatile style explores art rock, world music, and electronica. Edwin's extensive collaborations include O.R.k., Burnt Belief, Twinscapes, Ex-Wise Heads, and The Baldock Transmission. He also plays double bass and guimbri.
