Cleveland's thrash metal band Destructor, formed in 1983, gained underground fame with their 1985 album *Maximum Destruction*. Known for raw, aggressive style, they disbanded after bassist Dave Holocaust’s tragic 1988 death. Collaborated with Jamie Boulder for 2002's *Sonic Bullet*.
