Miyakawa Eiko, known professionally by her stage name EPO, is a Japanese singer-songwriter and therapist who emerged as a prominent figure in the city pop genre during the 1980s. She made her musical debut in 1980 with a cover of the song "Down Town" and went on to release several acclaimed albums on RCA, Dear Heart, and Midi Inc., while also gaining recognition for writing songs for other popular artists.
