Fever Dog is an American psychedelic rock and stoner rock band formed in Palm Desert, California. Originally starting out in 2006 as a garage rock outfit called Snot Rocket before rebranding in 2012, the group draws inspiration from 1970s classic rock, glam rock, and progressive rock acts like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. Known for their explosive live performances, heavy guitar riffs, and desert rock influences, their discography includes studio albums such as Volume One and Second Wind, as well as the 2017 EP Mainframe. The band's name is derived from a song by the fictional band Stillwater in the 2000 film Almost Famous.
