Flight of the Conchords, the New Zealand musical comedy duo Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, formed in Wellington in 1998. Known for witty lyrics blending folk, rock, funk, and hip-hop, they gained fame through their HBO series. Popular songs include "The Most Beautiful Girl (In the Room)" and "Business Time". They won a Grammy for Best Comedy Album and received Emmy nominations. McKenzie also won an Academy Award for "Best Original Song".
