Ging Nang Boyz, formed in Japan in 2003 by frontman Kazunobu Mineta, are a Japanese punk rock band known for their raw, energetic "youth punk" sound. Their music blends J-pop, melodic hardcore, and J-rock, featuring emotionally charged performances and honest lyrics. Popular songs include "BABY BABY" and "Boy Meets Girl," the latter featured in the anime "Sonny Boy." They achieved Oricon chart success and played at Nippon Budokan.
